Work Journey Ltd is a small consultancy offering business psychology services. Founded in 2003, it has established a sound reputation for prompt, effective and professional work for both individuals and organisations.
Work Journey's founder and Director, Joy Palfery, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 9 years' consultancy experience. Having studied at Reading and Nottingham Universities, she worked for major occupational psychology consultancies SHL and Interactive Skills before setting up Work Journey. Joy has worked across all industry sectors, from administrative to board level.
Joy is qualified to the British Psychological Society's Levels A and B in the use of psychometrics and is registered with all the major test publishers. She is an active member of the Association of Business Psychologists, is a qualified NLP Practitioner and holds a post-graduate certificate in coaching from the Centre for Coaching.
The company's small size ensures a personalised and dedicated service for each client.
